Cancellation & Refund Policy
At The Trenzy Homes, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains the terms for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for bookings made through our website.
By confirming a reservation, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking and the specific property booked. The applicable policy will always be shown before payment.
a) Free Cancellation Bookings
If your booking includes free cancellation:
Cancellations made within the free cancellation period are eligible for a full refund.
The free cancellation deadline will be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation email.
After the free cancellation period expires, the booking becomes non-refundable.
b) Non-Refundable Bookings
For discounted or special rate bookings marked as non-refundable:
No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled.
Date changes may not be permitted.
These bookings offer lower prices in exchange for stricter cancellation terms.
c) Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period or failure to check in (no-show) will result in 100% of the booking amount being charged.
No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights.
2. Modification Policy
Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability.
Modified bookings may be subject to price differences.
The Trenzy Homes reserves the right to reject modification requests during peak seasons.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on banks and payment gateways.
The Trenzy Homes is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
Medical emergencies
Government-imposed travel restrictions
Supporting documents may be required. Approval is at the sole discretion of The Trenzy Homes.
5. Cancellation by The Trenzy Homes
In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to:
Property unavailability
Maintenance issues
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.)
We will offer:
A full refund, or
An alternative accommodation of similar standard (subject to availability)
6. Non-Refundable Charges
Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
Convenience or service fees (if applicable)
Transaction charges imposed by payment gateways
7. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your reservation:

Cancellations are effective only after confirmation from The Trenzy Homes.
